Team gives every person their own login and exactly the access their job needs, instead of one shared password everyone uses.
Roles and permissions are set per module, so a cashier, a stock manager and an owner each see only what's relevant to them — and every change is recorded against the person who made it. The same records feed Payroll, so a role change only has to happen once.
